Mateusz Grzesiak is a teacher, trainer as well as consultant. He completed both Law and Psychology studies and completed PhD studies in Management. For 13 years Mateusz has been conducting trainings that reach an international audience. He lectures in 6 different languages, mainly in Europe (i.e. Germany, England, Ireland, Italy, Poland) and Latin America (i.e. Ecuador, Mexico, Brazil, Columbia). He helps people and businesses to reach their goals by providing them with interdisciplinary psychology tools, particularly in professional (selling, marketing, management) and personal (relationships, self-fulfillment, body) context.
Furthermore, Grzesiak is an author of ten bestselling books and has various articles published worldwide. In addition, he is also a regular guest on a wide range of TV and radio programs broadcasted in Poland and abroad. He works with middle and senior company managers, entrepreneurs, celebrity stars, athletes and many others from around the world. More than 350 thousand fans follow his social media profiles. He implements various kinds of projects, consultations, conducts trainings with workshops, publishes digital products for many markets, gives lectures at universities and holds a position of chairman of Starway Institute Program Council.
Mateusz is married and deeply in love with pharmacy doctor Iliana Ramiez with whom he has a daughter - Adriana. He is a big fan of Columbian coffee, Argentinean Malbec, and visited over 120 countries. He obsessively trains Brazilian jiu-jitsu and broadens his mind. Amongst his biggest life achievements, he mentions paying court to his future wife during a demonstration of his communication techniques, whilst on the streets of Mexico City, to his participants in training; surviving a kidnap attempt in Brazil; losing over 30kg in 7 months; being an author of the most popular psychology book in Poland; recovering from hypertension, and organizing of a large number of trainings in exotic languages around the world. His main motto is: ‘Create a life in which you are the best version of yourself, have what you want, help others and change the world.’
Moreover, Mateusz hates sleeping. As a perfectionist, he strives to be the best and aims to set the highest world standards. Uninterested in mediocrity, grousing, and blaming others for failures, he is forthright and towards himself and others, consistently raises the bar.
