Day 1

Module 1	Ten rules of Psychology of Leadership: it will introduce the way the greatest leaders think, it will also give you the proven models to use straightaway. It will raise your leadership skills to the highest possible level!
Module 2	The universal leader’s archetype: You will enrich your personality with five components crucial for modern leadership (like combining operativeness and strategy, male and female element, content as basis, practical use of entertainment and international dimension).
Module 3	Inter-generational management: You will learn how to use the potential of different generations. No matter if they are baby boomers, generation X or Y, you will create the circumstances for them to act efficiently and gain the outstanding results for you.
Module 4	Global management: you will learn about Lewis Culture Model and twenty-five management styles coming from different cultures. What is the point in being limited within just one dimension if you may become limitlessly flexible to win in all the situations you may face.

Day 2

Module 1	Creating the psychographic model of the group adapted to certain management style. If you discover what kind of people you will lead, you will be able to adapt your leadership style to the situation, earn their full trust and become a great leader.
Module 2	Code of communication rules: imprecise communication within the group damages motivation, causes disorientation, misunderstanding and lack of results. Here you will learn about the method you will be taught about in no other place: the Reverse Communication rules. It will make your team defend the rules and the effect will be full understanding without words followed by outstanding pace of tasks realization.
Module 3-4	Building vision, mission and determining goals: It is not only about the deep feeling of motivation when your employees want to achieve the goals you have set for them. For you it means being the initiator, man of passion influencing the others but still keeping his feet on the ground, while people seeing your achievements say: ‘Wow!’

Day 3

Module 1	The rules of precise communication: Make sure that you will no longer have to repeat your tasks because they were wrongly explained or just misunderstood. It saves your time and gives you efficient techniques you will use to give feedback your employees will love to receive. You will be giving commands they will love to follow and you will be solving all the conflicts – quickly and calmfully.
Module 2	Team members motivation techniques: dealing with different personalities you will need complete set of techniques to be sure that they will provide you and your team with energy to act at every stage of the goalachieving process. This module will teach you to start the fire of motivation individually and at the team level. Always. Without looking at any circumstances.
Module 3	Preparing and conducting presentations: to know precisely how to inspire and pass your message during regular meetings: factually and without any unnecessary protractions. You will learn how to convince the others to your ideas, how to deal with their doubts and educate them. Having finished this module you will know how to raise your group after defeat and regain its trust.
Module 4	Dealing with difficult situations: it is important to let people know that you are the one they can rely on. With everyone around in panic, you know what to do when you face some individual crisis, tough team situations or unexpected market situations. Having finished this module you will be well prepared for different threats and the others will see your readiness in the critical situations and appreciate your calmness.
